Tanya Holland
The Tania Holland menu launch maybe one of the largest projects I have ever done. We started with a coming soon campaign with die-cuts, posters and postcards distributed by mail and at chef Hollins restaurant Brown Sugar kitchen. Next was the launch event for media, community partners, civic leaders and influencers. I design social media tactics special menus, event tactics and a free coupon and giveaway bag design for the event. For the Taproom I designed all the support material for the taproom including menu, table tents, informational posters and advertisement. After the event I produced a PowerPoint presentation for the marketing team and on going I updated all support materials as needed.
